Refund Policy – Ali Auto Car Rental Company
Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date: Customers are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date: A 50% refund will be issued.
No-shows or cancellations after the rental date has passed: No refund will be provided.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their refund has been processed.
Damage or Late Return:
If the vehicle is returned late, an additional charge for the extra rental time will apply. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount if applicable.
If the vehicle is returned damaged, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer if the damage exceeds the rental deposit.
Special Circumstances:
In cases where customers cannot travel due to unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by Ali Auto Company.
Non-refundable Fees:
Certain administrative fees or service charges may not be refundable, as specified at the time of booking.
Changes to Rental Agreement:
Any changes to the rental agreement (dates, vehicle selection) may be subject to additional fees depending on availability and time frame.
